How do I recruit Sisters of avelorn? I am 70 turns in on the Alith Anar campaign and I cannot see any building for the units. That's the idea, make a literal checkerboard with each unit in a square formation. You can keep a Silverin guard on each side to protect them from cavalry flank attacks. This has two main advantages: first the enemy infantry will only engage the first line of Sisters while being shot at by the other lines, who benefit from good lines of fire.
